Who Can Order: Open to all TRS communities, including official clubs, departments, and organized student groups.
1-Month Deadline: To ensure everything goes smoothly and your event is well-prepared, please place your order and complete payment at least 1 month (4 weeks) before your event date.
Late Orders: Orders placed less than one month before your event may be subject to a late submission fee, and timely delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Feasibility Check: Our team will reach out to confirm pricing, product availability, and the feasibility of your design.
File Approval: If providing your own design, please share approved printing files with our team for verification before payment is made.
Communication Channel: All official communication will be via WhatsApp and/or email, with an expected response time of 24–48 hours on working days.
File Requirements: For best print quality, provide a PNG (transparent background, 5400 x 4500 px) and a corresponding PDF file.
Design Services: The TRS Merch team offers design support:
Approval: A digital mockup will be shared for final sign-off. Once approved, production will begin.
Production Trigger: Production begins only after full payment and final design approval.
Branding Guidelines: Please ensure all designs comply with TRS branding standards (logo usage, color accuracy, placement). Designs that don’t fully comply may need revision before approval.
Variable Pricing: Costs depend on design complexity, number of placements, and shipping destination.
Currency: Local (Nigeria) orders are paid in NGN; international orders are paid in USD.
Payment Requirement: Full payment is required before production starts.
Shipping Quote Validity: Shipping quotes are valid for 7 days. Due to fluctuating courier rates, quotes may be reassessed if payment is delayed beyond this period.

Delivery:
Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
48-Hour Window: Please report damages or mistakes within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Quality Disclaimer: Slight color deviations may occur due to printer settings, lighting, and screen variations.
Production Tolerance: Minor variations in stitching, print placement (±1–2 cm), and finishing are standard and not considered defects.
Sizing Responsibility: Clients are responsible for submitting accurate size breakdowns; once production begins, size changes may not be possible.
Exchanges & Resolutions: Production errors (e.g., wrong print, damaged items) may qualify for an exchange. Client-provided errors (e.g., wrong sizes, incorrect files) will not qualify for a free exchange.
Refund Policy: Refunds are not offered once production begins; approved resolutions will be in the form of reprints or replacements where applicable.
Design Ownership: By submitting design files, clients confirm they hold the necessary rights or authorization to use all logos, artwork, and intellectual property. TRS Merch is not liable for copyright or trademark violations.
