1. Service Overview & Timeline Rules

The Service: The official TRS Merchandise hub, designed to simplify the creation of quality TRS-branded products for school communities.

Who Can Order: Open to all TRS communities, including official clubs, departments, and organized student groups.

1-Month Deadline: To ensure everything goes smoothly and your event is well-prepared, please place your order and complete payment at least 1 month (4 weeks) before your event date.

Late Orders: Orders placed less than one month before your event may be subject to a late submission fee, and timely delivery cannot be guaranteed.

2. How to Place Your Order

Submit the Form: Fill out the Inquiry Form – https://store.therevivalschool.com/merch-inquiry/ specifying:

• Product type & quantity (minimum order: 5 items)
• Desired event date & delivery address
• Design placements and specifications

Feasibility Check: Our team will reach out to confirm pricing, product availability, and the feasibility of your design.

File Approval: If providing your own design, please share approved printing files with our team for verification before payment is made.

Communication Channel: All official communication will be via WhatsApp and/or email, with an expected response time of 24–48 hours on working days.

3. Product Catalog & Special Lead Times

• Apparel: Tees, hoodies, varsity jackets (international orders only)
• Accessories: Totes, journals
• Cups (Special Notice): Require at least 6 weeks’ notice for Nigerian orders due to custom production requirements
• Bulk Orders: Discounted pricing may apply for higher quantities and will be confirmed during the feasibility stage
• Sizing Support: Size charts are available upon request to help ensure accurate selections before order confirmation

4. Design Phase & Specs

File Requirements: For best print quality, provide a PNG (transparent background, 5400 x 4500 px) and a corresponding PDF file.

Design Services: The TRS Merch team offers design support:

• 2 design options for review
• 2 free iterations; additional iterations may incur a fee

Approval: A digital mockup will be shared for final sign-off. Once approved, production will begin.

Production Trigger: Production begins only after full payment and final design approval.

Branding Guidelines: Please ensure all designs comply with TRS branding standards (logo usage, color accuracy, placement). Designs that don’t fully comply may need revision before approval.

5. Pricing & Payment

Variable Pricing: Costs depend on design complexity, number of placements, and shipping destination.

Currency: Local (Nigeria) orders are paid in NGN; international orders are paid in USD.

Payment Requirement: Full payment is required before production starts.

Shipping Quote Validity: Shipping quotes are valid for 7 days. Due to fluctuating courier rates, quotes may be reassessed if payment is delayed beyond this period.

6. Timelines & Shipping

Estimated Production (from payment date):

• Small Orders (~10 pcs): 3–9 working days
• Bulk Orders: 9–12 working days
• Rush Orders: Discouraged due to shipping volatility; handled on a case-by-case basis

Please note: These timelines are estimates and your order may be ready earlier or later depending on production and logistics.

Delivery:

• Nigeria: Weight-based doorstep delivery via partner couriers
• International: Shipping fees include tax and freight; customs/import duties are the recipient’s responsibility
• Tracking: Shipment tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched

7. Shipping & Address Changes

• Please confirm your exact shipping address during the initial inquiry to ensure timely delivery.
• The address provided in your order form will be used as the final destination for fulfillment.
• If you need to change the shipping address after your order has been processed or paid for, please submit a formal request via email immediately.
• Additional charges may apply for address changes.
• Delivery timelines may shift if an address change is made, and the 1-month guarantee may no longer apply.
• Failed delivery due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability may incur additional charges; orders are held for a limited period only.

8. After-Sales & Policies

Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

48-Hour Window: Please report damages or mistakes within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Quality Disclaimer: Slight color deviations may occur due to printer settings, lighting, and screen variations.

Production Tolerance: Minor variations in stitching, print placement (±1–2 cm), and finishing are standard and not considered defects.

Sizing Responsibility: Clients are responsible for submitting accurate size breakdowns; once production begins, size changes may not be possible.

Exchanges & Resolutions: Production errors (e.g., wrong print, damaged items) may qualify for an exchange. Client-provided errors (e.g., wrong sizes, incorrect files) will not qualify for a free exchange.

Refund Policy: Refunds are not offered once production begins; approved resolutions will be in the form of reprints or replacements where applicable.

Design Ownership: By submitting design files, clients confirm they hold the necessary rights or authorization to use all logos, artwork, and intellectual property. TRS Merch is not liable for copyright or trademark violations.
